Hot addition to a vintage ATB

A friend gifted me a set of black Hot bars which I installed on a '88 Cannondale SM500 bike. I built it as an ATB but would be primarily used for around town errands and local trails. These are wide bars so I cut 50mm off each end then installed them a black 70MM Velo Orange stem. The Shimano Alivio T4000 components look right at home on the bars. My one wish is that they were more swept back but they are still very comfortable and stable. Love the look, love the quality, and love the end results! Thanks VO!

Excellent value, handsome

Really nice handlebar - light and strong. If it had 15 - 17 degrees back sweep it would probably be my favorite handlebar. I set mine up with inner bar ends with trimmed grips - makes a great second riding position (similar to the VO Crazy Bar). Personally, I'd like to see even higher rise bars offered. A 100mm/16 degree back sweep bar would rock. Rise and Be Free!! : ) Thanks VO!
