This is an excellent crimp-on fender bracket. I had it and the rear fender installed in less than five minutes and my rear fender stopped rattling!

Easy and do what they are supposed to do.

If you have the correct pliers to crimp properly these set up easily and have been rock solid. No rattle and movement of the fender associated with this bracket. Reasonably priced so if you're at all worried you can purchase 2 in case you need to "learn" on the first one.
